Sunward Feedstock　

Feedstock, the mixture of Sunward zirconia powder and binder, which used in injection molding, is a part of Sunward products. The TZ-3Y and TZ-8Y feedstocks have good dispersive properties, high solid loading, and low viscosity. The parts made by Sunward feedstocks are easily processed in debinding and sintering steps, and results in several sintering properties. Tight control of the dimension and final density of the produced parts is the primary advantage of using Sunward feedstocks.

The Sunward 3Y feedstocks with high solid content (>50vol%)were mixed zirconia powder with a proprietary blend of organic binders. The rheological behavior of Sunward and leading brand (T-com and I-com) zirconia mixtures are tested at 170oC . ■
