Sunward Monoclinic Zirconia Powder
We use precise Tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (TZP) powder manufacturing process to produce sub-micron monoclinic zirconia with higher quality, our TP-0Y zirconia powder is narrow distribution,D90 <0.5um,and no particles are greater than 2um, it could reduce:

Dried droplets of zirconia slurry with high solid content (>60wt%) being sprayed from rotary disk atomizer. Typical spherical granules with size 10~40um are prepared in a co-current flow spray dryer.

SEM micrographs of Sunward monoclinic zirconium powder, which shows an average particle size in 30~40nm (by LEO 1530 electron microscope). The morphologies show soft agglomeration due to the surface forces between primary particles. ■ |
